Sports Rehabilitator and Physiotherapist
Adam is a BASRaT-registered Sports Rehabilitator, HCPC-registered Physiotherapist, Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and British Triathlon Federation level 2 coach. Adam qualified in 2002 and has extensive experience of working in both elite sport and private practice. As well as providing services at M20 Health, Adam is the programme lead for the BSc and MSc degree programmes in Sport Rehabilitation at the University of Bolton and is currently completing his PhD in exercise, fatigue, and recovery. Adam is a keen triathlete having competed across many events from sprint to iron-distance triathlons.
Ryan is a BASRaT-registered Sports Rehabilitator having qualified in 2016. Ryan has a Masters degree in Strength and Conditioning and is the in-house strength and conditioning and nutrition specialist at M20 Health. He has extensive clinical experience working with musculoskeletal injuries in a range of client groups. Ryan is a former rugby player turned distance runner.
Ollie is a BASRaT-registered Sport Rehabilitator with a specialist interest in treating running-related injuries, and strength and conditioning for runners. As well as working with runners, Ollie has considerable experience working with all kinds of injuries having spent several years working in private practice. Ollie also has a Masters degree in Public Health, and has an interest in how physical activity can improve a range of health conditions. Ollie is a keen runner competing over distances from 5km to ultramarathon.
Nikki is a Chartered Physiotherapist, APPI Certified Pilates Instructor, Mummy MOT® Practitioner, and Natal Strength® Practitioner. She specialises in working with women in the ante- and post-natal period, helping them to understand, strengthen, and regain function in their forever changing bodies.
Laura is a BASRaT-registered Sport Rehabilitator, and is currently undertaking a Masters degree in Physiotherapy. Laura has experience of working in private practice and within professional rugby league. She has an interest in the sports of gymnastics and dance having competed nationally in freestyle dance, becoming a World Championship finalist, along with teaching a variety of styles of dance for over 5 years. Laura also enjoys running and weight training in her spare time.
Chloë is a BASRaT-registered Sport Rehabilitator. She has broad clinical experience in many sports such as Major League Baseball, rugby union, and football at both academy and senior levels. Chloë is a keen weightlifting competitor with a knowledgeable background of event preparation, including nutrition and tapering. She has competed at national level in cheerleading and is a level 3 coach in this field. Chloë is also a level 1 basketball coach and a qualified NPLQ lifeguard.
