Your goal may be weight loss, increasing strength, improving your health and fitness, or training for an event.We provide the training structure and guidance you need to achieve your goal. All of our staff have trained novice exercisers to elite athletes, and can help devise the best plan for you.
What to expect on your S&C journey:
Discussing your goals, circumstances, training history, medical history, and injury risk.
£55 for an initial consultation; £40 per training session.
(10% discount available for multiple session bookings)
We also train small groups of 2-3 friends, so contact us to find out more.
