Our coaching strategy is underpinned by a sport science, medical, and evidence-based approach, combined with 20-years of experience working across a range of sports. We primarily coach runners and triathletes, but can devise bespoke fitness plans for any sport.


£100 per month (3-month minimum term).

A detailed training plan using Training Peaks™ guiding all of your session intensities and targets.

Unlimited contact via text, WhatsApp, email or scheduled Zoom calls.

Analysis of your own personal fitness data.

Advice on recovery strategies, injury prevention, strength and conditioning, training nutrition, and race preparation.

Optional additional services including physiological testing, sports massage, strength and conditioning, bike fitting, and biomechanical running analysis can be arranged.
