If you are unsure where to start with your strength training, we can provide the structure and guidance you need to achieve your sporting, health or fitness goals. All our staff are qualified to at least degree-level and have considerable experience of training individuals from novice exercisers to elite-level athletes.

You may be training for a specific sporting event or fitness test and want to maximise your performance; you want to ensure you stay injury-free in your chosen sport; or you have a goal to improve your general health and fitness.

We’ll cover your training history, injury considerations, lifestyle, and goals alongside assessments of your techniques, mobility, and strength using our state-of-the-art AXIT system.

A 1-to-1 session with a coach where we discuss your training goals and perform physical testing.

We will review your results and help you choose the training programme that is the right fit for you.

This service is for you if you’ve had an initial consultation and want us to design a personalised S/C plan for you to follow independently, without a monthly commitment, monitoring or check-ins.

What do you receive?
You will receive a personalised 1-week gym programme aligned with your sport or activity goals, built to fit around your current schedule – whether that includes training, work, or other personal committments.

This service is perfect for athletes or active individuals wanting consistent progression and expert accountability. This monthly support keeps your training aligned with your performance goals.
What to expect
A monthly, 1-hour testing and analysis session to fine-tune your personalised gym programme. Access to an interactive training platform lets you track progress, update habits, log body metrics, and communicate directly with your coach for plan adjustments and support.

Strength and Conditioning (S/C) Elite Performance Package

This service is for you if you’ve had an initial consultation and require high-level performance optimisation. Whether you are competing or simply committed to excellence, this is for individuals seeking the most detailed analysis and hands-on support.
What to expect
A comprehensive 90-minute monthly in-person session which includes progress testing and technique development. Combined with advanced tracking tools, habit coaching, and access to direct coach communication, this service ensures that every detail of your training is dialled in for elite results.

Structured and personalised 1-1 training sessions, on a weekly basis, designed to help you achieve your training and/or fitness goals.

You will also receive flexible monthly training plans adjusted (as required) based on your feedback, progress, and personal needs.
