If you are unsure where to start with your strength training, we can provide the structure and guidance you need to achieve your sporting, health or fitness goals. All our staff are qualified to at least degree-level and have considerable experience of training individuals from novice exercisers to elite-level athletes.
You may be training for a specific sporting event or fitness test and want to maximise your performance; you want to ensure you stay injury-free in your chosen sport; or you have a goal to improve your general health and fitness.
We’ll cover your training history, injury considerations, lifestyle, and goals alongside assessments of your techniques, mobility, and strength using our state-of-the-art AXIT system.
To go a step further towards peak condition, we offer Performance and Elite Performance packages, where you receive:
- A monthly in-person session lasting either 60 or 90 minutes.
- Access to detailed body analysis and interactive training programme.

This service is for you if you’ve had an initial consultation and want progressive, monitored and responsive 1-1 coaching.
Structured and personalised 1-1 training sessions, on a weekly basis, designed to help you achieve your training and/or fitness goals.
You will also receive flexible monthly training plans adjusted (as required) based on your feedback, progress, and personal needs.
