Our coaching strategy is underpinned by a sport science, medical, and evidence-based approach, combined with extensive experience working across a range of sports.
With enhanced qualifications, including Bachelor and Doctoral degrees and British Triathlon Federation Coach Accreditation, our coaches have competed in many sporting events of all distances; from short to ultra-distance, at age-group and elite-level. We understand your sport and motivation, and apply our own knowledge and experience to support our clients to reach their potential.
We primarily coach runners and triathletes, but can devise bespoke fitness plans for any sport.

Running and Triathlon Coaching
You may have set yourself a challenge to complete a running, cycling, or triathlon event, need support to get started, or guidance to prepare for your event without getting injured.
You’re looking to enhance your performance in future events with the support of an experienced endurance coach, or you need more structure and accountability in your training.
An initial online or face-to-face consultation to establish your training goals, commitments, medical history, and training status.
An initial musculoskeletal injury risk screening to establish your physical qualities and limitations, e.g. mobility, stability, biomechanics, strength, etc.
A detailed training plan using Training Peaks™ to guide all of your session targets and intensities.
