We test athletes who compete in any sport, at any level. Our fitness analysis methods are informed by 20 years’ experience of sport science testing, and evidence-based research. An analysis of your fitness strengths and weaknesses will help to accurately define your training plans and ensure you reach your goals.
Our physiological tests:
This analysis will provide an accurate baseline measurement of your body status to monitor progression for weight gain, weight loss or your ideal body composition for competition.
You will receive a personalised report detailing your anthropometric measurements including body weight, limb girth, body circumference, and skinfolds.
Blood lactate testing
Lactate profiling provides an accurate analysis of how your body energy demands are fuelled by either aerobic or anaerobic mechanisms. We can determine your ‘thresholds’ so that you can maximise your physiological adaptions in training, and setting race paces.
A Cycling or running test which gradually increases in demands
We monitor your power or pace, and heart rate alongside blood lactate from fingertip blood samples.
You will receive a personalised report detailing your current training zones so you can easily hit those threshold sessions, and take your training to the next level.
